  • Regional Delivery: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Local Deliveries: Free of cost for items included as part of the course fee.
  • Regional Deliveries: Minimal shipping fees may apply, depending on the weight and destination.
  • Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

For items shipped through courier services, a tracking number or delivery update will be shared with you via phone or email.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or is missing, please:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Send an email to acc.usmannasrullah@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product (if applicable).

We will arrange a replacement or provide support as necessary.

6. Pickup Option

Students can opt to pick up course materials or certificates directly from our location:
