5. Student Conduct

5.2. Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.
5.3. Plagiarism or cheating during assessments will lead to disqualification from the course.
6. Certifications
6.1. Certificates will be awarded upon successful course completion and meeting all requirements.
6.2. MU Technology Hub reserves the right to withhold certification if a student fails to complete the course or violates these terms.
7. Course Rescheduling or Cancellations
7.1. MU Technology Hub reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, insufficient enrollment).
7.2. In such cases, students may opt for a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a different batch.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. MU Technology Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8.2. Our maximum liability will not exceed the course fee paid by the student.
9. Privacy and Data Usage
9.1. All personal information collected during enrollment will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By enrolling, you consent to receiving course-related updates, reminders, and promotional materials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Tehsil Depalpur, District Okara.
