Refund Policy

At MU Technology Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services and ensuring a positive learning experience for our students. Below is our refund policy, outlining the terms and conditions for refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If a student withdraws from a course before the start date, they are eligible for a full refund.
If a student withdraws within the first 3 days of the course start date, a partial refund (50%) may be issued.
If the course is canceled or postponed by MU Technology Hub due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Withdrawal from a course after 3 days of the start date.
Failure to attend classes (online or in-person) without prior notice.
Students who have already accessed course materials or completed significant portions of the course.
Special discounts, promotions, or customized training programs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund:

Provide the following details:
Your full name.
Course name and start date.
Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
Bank Transfer: Refunds will be sent to the bank account provided during the request.
Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued in cash at our office.
Students will be notified once the refund has been processed.

5. Course Transfers
Instead of requesting a refund, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another course or batch (subject to availability). Transfers must be requested within the first 3 days of the course.
